Cook pasta according to the package instructions, 2 minutes before draining add dried tomatoes then drain and set aside with a lid on.
While pasta is cooking heat in a large skillet 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil on a medium heat.
Add Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and carrot to melted butter and cook for 8 minutes stirring frequently.
Combine vegetables with pasta and set aside.
Using same skillet over medium heat heat 3 tablespoons butter until melted.
Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
Slowly add milk stirring it until thickened and bubbly.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste . Turn the heat off and add the sauce to the pasta.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
