Using a zip bag, combine 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of finely chopped ginger, 1 tablepsooon of avocado oil, ⅓ of low sodium soy sauce and ⅓ cup of honey. Zip the bag and massage until everything is combined.
Place shrimp in a bowl or big zip bag. Pour in ½ of the honey soy sauce, reserve the other ½ for serving. Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes.
After preheat the oven to 425F. Line a big baking sheet with foil paper, make a little devider in the middle. To make roast broccoli, combine all ingredients in the bowl. Mix well.
Place shrimp and broccoli onto a baking sheet. Make sure to separate them with foil paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes (time depends on the size of the shrimp) or until shrimp is baked thru.
Serve with cooked rice and ½ of the reserved soy sauce mixture. Enjoy!
Notes
Roast broccoli a little longer if you like your broccoli more on the soft side.
If you want your sauce to be thicker when serving, place it in the skillet and cook on medium heat until reduce. Serve over oven baked shrimp.
Use Mr.Yoshida Sauce for rice, it is my family's favorite rice sauce.
Double the sauce if you want to use it over the shrimp and rice.
