Using a very good blender, blend together 1 large lemon with peel, seeds removed, 1 cup of raw honey & 3 tablespoons of grated ginger.
Blend until smooth.
Pour honey ginger syrup into a glass jar and use ½ -1 teaspoon a day with water during fall/winter/spring.
Cover & store in refrigerator. Enjoy!

When making this Natural Immune Booster I like to use organic ginger with lemon and raw unfiltered honey.
I like to take 1 teaspoon a day, sometimes I sprinkle cayenne pepper over the top.
You can also use this mixture to make ginger honey tea.
