Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease 13 by 9 baking pan with butter and line parchment paper over the top.
Using mixer whisk 3 eggs, 2 cups of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Using a different bowl combine 1 ½ cup of flour, ¾ cup of cocoa and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix then stir it into the egg mixture using spatula. Fold in 1 cup of nuts into the batter or add it to the bottom of the pan.
Add batter to the baking pan and garnish with Easter candy and chopped nuts, bake brownie for 30 minutes, be careful not to over bake it. Cool inside the pan.
After it cools down, drizzle melted chocolate over the top, then cut into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
Roast nuts of your choice by cooking them in the skillet over medium heat for about 5 - 7 minutes or until golden brown color. It will give chocolate brownies yummy nutty flavor.
Add chocolate chips inside the brownies for more chocolaty flavor, about ½ cup of chocolate chips or more if desired.
Store homemade brownies inside the airtight container, eat within 3 days.
