Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the skillet over medium/high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook 5 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked thru, transfer to a plate.
Add another 1 tablespoon of oil, once the oil is hot add shrimp season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
How to Make Alfredo Sauce
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter is melted add 5 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minutes stirring nonstop. Next add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir for 1 minutes.
Slowly pour in 1/4 cup white wine and stir for 1 minute. Carefully pour in 2 cups heavy whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Continuously stirring, taste and season with salt and pepper (if needed) and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. After sauce starts simmering add 1 cup parmesan cheese. Stir the sauce until cheese melts.
Now add chicken and shrimp back to the skillet and garnish with more cheese and freshly chopped parsley. Serve over warm pasta. Enjoy!
