How to Make Crepes Without Milk - Easy Crepe Recipe Without Milk
These crepes without dairy milk turn out perfect with a golden appearance and crisp edges – just add the filling to the warm crepe for that gooey texture. Kids and adult love these crepes!
Using a big bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups Bolthouse Farms® Non-Dairy Plant Milk, 2 tablespoons avocado oil, 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt; whisk until smooth.
Heat crepe pan over medium heat, using paper towel grease pan with a small amount of oil. Pour about 3 tablespoons of crepe batter into the crepe pan, or if you are using an electrical crepe pan dip it into the batter. Tilt the pan so that bottom surface is evenly coated.
Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on a side, or until golden brown. Flip on the other side and cook for 15 seconds. Serve with almond chocolate butter and fruits. Enjoy!
