Using a medium size pot, add 1lb ground beef, season with 2 tablespoons of Taco seasoning. Cook on a medium heat until, meat is cooked thru about 10 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 16oz. refried beans, cook on medium heat & stir until cooperated with the meat.
Stir in 14.5oz. diced tomatoes and 1/2 cup of Hatch Green Chiles, after everything is combined add 15.5 Salsa Con Queso cheese dip.
Bring the queso dip to a boil , remove from the heat. Garnish with fresh diced tomatoes, diced hatch Chile peppers and cilantro, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
