In a mixing bowl, combine 6 oz of strawberry jello and 1 cup of hot water. Whisk until jello dissolves.
To the same bowl add 2 cups of buttermilk, whisk.
Add 16 oz. of cool whip, whisk until everything is combined.
Pour into the cups or into a baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, best over night.
Garnish with raspberries and mint. Enjoy!
