Healthy and delicious Shrimp Lettuce Wraps Recipe - made of Napa cabbage, avocado, tomato, parsey, lemon, pine nuts, mayo, and shrimp. Super delicious and perfect for healthy lunch ideas.
To cook raw shrimp: Place frozen raw shrimp into boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes, remove from the water. Frozen cooked shrimp: Rinse shrimp under cool water until thawed, or simple place it in the bowl of cold water until thawed.
Cube washed tomato and avocado. Chop parsley set aside.
Wash Napa cabbage and dry it with paper towel. Place tomato and avocado on each cabbage leaf, then add cooked shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
To make dressing: In a blender, blend pine nuts, add mayo and lemon juice and blend again.
Drizzle dressing over Napa cabbage wrap and garnish with chopped parsley. Squeeze extra lemon juice and Enjoy!
