In the soup pot add a splash of olive oil and onion, saute on a medium heat until golden color.
Add meat. Saute meat until it is almost cooked.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper, carrot, tomato paste. Give it a mix then add water just to cover vegetables and meat then simmer it for 30 minutes.
Add potato and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Also add Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste (100% optional). Cook until potato is cooked thru about 10-15 minutes.
Add minced garlic and greens. Turn off the heat and let your soup stand for 20-25 minutes. Serve with toasted Artisan Bread and cream cheese spread. Enjoy!
