Best Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Recipe
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf French bread sliced
- 1 clove galic
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 2 medium avocadoes chopped
- 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup greens like green onion, parlsey, cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice your bread and toast it in the toaster. After it's done toasting rub sliced garlic clove over hot bread.
- Chop avocadoes, tomatoes, onion and greens and place them in the mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice. Add olive oil and give it a good mix. Add topping to the bread, garnish with more greens and serve.
