Caesar Salad Dressing from Scratch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
You may make the dressing ahead and store it inside the fridge until you are ready to serve the Caesar salad.
Salad Dressing can last up to 3 days inside the fridge in a airtight container like mason jar.
