Place bacon in a skillet over medium high heat, and cook for about 7 minutes or until it cooks thru (If you dont like cooking in bacon grease remove it and add 2 tablespoons of any oil of your choice.)
Onto the same skillet with bacon grease or 2 tablespoon of oil, add 1 diced onion and 1 diced carrot and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring few times.
After add about 4-5 cups of cooked rice, mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes. Your turkey stuffing is ready to be used in my favorite Turkey Recipe. Enjoy!
Notes
Make Turkey Stuffing ahead, by cooking it and placing in airtight container inside the fridge until you are ready to bake your turkey. Keep inside the fridge for up to 1-2 days.
Use White Long Grain, Basmati or Jasmine rice for this rice stuffing recipe.
