SUPER Easy & Quick Pickled Red Onions Recipe perfect for breakfast with eggs or dinner with homemade Burger.

- 1 large red onion sliced into 1/4 inch rings
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon organic sugar
Using a sauce pan mix vinegar, water, salt and sugar and bring it to a gentle boil over medium/high heat.
Slice red onion and place it in the glass jar or container, then pour the hot vinegar liquid over the onions. Mix and let it cool.
After cover and refrigerate overnight or about 24 hours before serving. Enjoy with homemade Burgers.
