How to Make Chocolate Chip Pancakes
How to Make Chocolate Chip Pancakes - make homemade pancakes using no dairy & flour. Delicious pancakes from scratch, they taste better than store bough pancakes & so much healthier too.
Servings: 16 pancakes
Using a blender, combine 1 1/2 cups of almond milk, 3 eggs, 3 teaspoons of maple syrup, 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1 1/2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats, 2 teaspoons of baking powder & 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Then pour it into a bowl and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, using a spatula fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Using a nonstick skillet over medium heat, preheat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake into the heated skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown color about 2-3 minutes on each side. When you see bubbles forming & popping on the top that is when you can flip the pancakes on the other side.
Serve pancakes with chocolate syrup or maple syrup. Enjoy!
