Ingredients

Salad Ingredients

1 english cucumber cubed
1 pint cherry tomatoes cubed
1 red bell pepper cubed
1 bunch green onion chopped
1 bunch radishes cubed
1/4 cup parsley finely chopped

Salad Dressing

1 small lemon juiced
3-5 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all salad ingredients in a big bowl. Add the dressing ingredients over the salad and mix, until combined. Serve with mashed potatoes and lobster tails.
