– 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into thin strips – 6 ounces linguine cooked – 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning – 2 tablespoons butter – 2 cup heavy whipping cream – 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon dried basil – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – green onion chopped

Step 1

Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Place your chicken pieces in a bowl or on a plate and season both sides of the strips with Cajun seasoning.

Step 2

Heat a big skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter then add the chicken pieces in a single layer, making sure not to overlap.

Sauté the chicken until it is tender. Flip just once during the cooking time.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour in heavy whipping cream. Add salt, garlic powder, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and black pepper. Allow it to come to a gentle boil.
