Crunch Wrap MEAT ▢2 tablespoon avocado oil plus more for cooking crunchwraps ▢1 lb ground beef ▢1 medium onion finely diced ▢2 tablespoons taco seasoning ▢¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste ▢3 cloves garlic finely chopped ▢1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste Crunch Wrap Filling ▢¾ cup tomato finely diced, using ¼ cup per wrap - or to taste ▢1 cup lettuce finely sliced, divided - or to taste ▢3 large flour tortillas burrito size ▢3 small flour tortillas ▢3 small tostadas ▢¾ cup sour cream or to taste ▢con queso sauce to taste ▢¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese or to taste
Place a small tortilla on top of the filling in the center (this is so to make sure all of the filling is covered and doesn't’ fall out). Then, fold the edges of the large tortilla over the small tortilla so they try to meet in the middle.
Transfer the wrap to a preheated skillet with a bit of oil and cook, folded side down, for a few minutes. Flip to make sure both sides are evenly browned and crunchy.
