Easy  Chicken Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

Alfredo Chicken – olive oil – chicken breasts  – flour – bread crumbs panko – basil – garlic powder – onion powder – oregano – rosemary – thyme – salt and pepper to taste – broccoli 

Alfredo Sauce – butter – garlic – heavy whipping cream – parmesan cheese grated – mozzarella grated – angel hair rice pasta or pasta of your choice – salt & pepper

Step 1

Combine the flour, panko, spices, salt, and pepper on a large plate.

Step 2

Season the skinless chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge it in the dry breading mixture.

Step 3

Sear the chicken breast in a hot skillet on the stovetop. Once the chicken is browned on both sides, transfer it to a plate and cover with foil.

Step 4

Add chopped broccoli, season with salt and pepper (to taste), and saute for 5 minutes stirring few times, transfer onto a plate with cooked chicken and cover.

Step 5

Melt the butter in the same skillet before adding the garlic. After 1 minute, stir in the cream and bring it to a gentle boil.

Step 6

Add the parmesan, stir, and continue to simmer until the sauce has slightly thickened.

Step 7

Finish the sauce by stirring in the mozzarella.

Step 8

Add the cooked pasta to a serving plate or bowl, pour the sauce over top, and place the chicken on top. Feel free to add cooked broccoli or chopped herbs.

Keep the leftover Alfredo pasta and chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
