INGREDIENTS

– 1 large lemon washed and seeded, peel on – 1 cup honey raw unfiltered – 3-5 tablespoons ginger peeled and grated,

Step 1

Using a very good blender, blend together 1 large lemon with peel, seeds removed, 1 cup of raw honey & 3 tablespoons of grated ginger.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour honey ginger syrup into a glass jar and use 1/2 -1 teaspoon a day with water or in your tea to boost immune system.

Step 4

Cover & store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
