- Using a very good blender, blend together 1 large lemon with peel, seeds removed, 1 cup of raw honey & 3 tablespoons of grated ginger.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour honey ginger syrup into a glass jar and use 1/2 -1 teaspoon a day with water during fall/winter/spring.
- Cover & store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
