INGREDIENTS

– 2 lb ground beef – 1 serrano peppers – 2 teaspoons Spicy Montreal Spice or use regular Montreal Spice – 6 oz tomato paste – 3 cloves garlic – 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated – 6-8 strips bacon baked at 400F for 10 minutes and cut into small pieces – 4 buns

Step 1

Add the ground beef, serrano pepper, spices, tomato paste, and garlic to a food processor. Pulse to blend.

Step 2

Saute the ground beef mixture in a skillet until it’s cooked through.

Step 3

Turn off the heat and stir in the shredded cheese. Once it’s melted, scoop the meat into toasted buns with bacon and enjoy!
