INGREDIENTS

2 lb Shrimp jumbo ▢5 cloves garlic minced or finely chopped ▢2 tablespoons olive oil ▢1 tablespoon lemon juice ▢1 teaspoon basil ▢salt & pepper to taste ▢1 tablespoon cilantro or parsley for garnish Shrimp Sauce ▢½ cup ketchup ▢1 tablespoons horseradish or to taste ▢1 teaspoon lemon juice

Step 1

First, preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl combine 5 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk everything together. Then add shrimp and toss to coat.

Step 3

Spread shrimp on a baking sheet, try not to over-crowd. Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp is baked thru.

Step 4

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley or cilantro over the top and serve with homemade shrimp sauce.

Step 5

How to Make Shrimp Sauce To make shrimp sauce, in a small mixing bowl combine ½ cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Whisk everything together and serve.
