    Juicy Garlic Shrimp Recipe - shaped as a Christmas Wreath - is one of the best shrimp appetizers you can make for the Holidays. In fact this roasted garlic shrimp can be served thru out the whole year. You will love this roasted lemon garlic shrimp with homemade shrimp sauce with a hint of fresh cilantro.

    Quick Notes

    • If you can, use wild caught jumbo size shrimp.
    • Garnish with greens of your choice like cilantro, dill or parsley. Feel free to use all three.
    Ingredients needed to make roasted garlic shrimp

    How to Roast Shrimp in the Oven

    First, preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Shrimp seasoned with spices inside the bowl.

    In a mixing bowl combine 5 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk everything together. Then add shrimp and toss to coat.

    Spread shrimp on a baking sheet, try not to over-crowd. Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp is baked thru.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of finely chopped cilantro over the top and serve with homemade shrimp sauce.

    To make shrimp sauce, in a small mixing bowl combine ½ cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

    • 2 lb Shrimp jumbo
