Lemon Garlic Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
Shrimp Sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoons horseradish or to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
How to Roast Shrimp in the Oven
- First, preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl combine 5 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk everything together. Then add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Spread shrimp on a baking sheet, try not to over-crowd. Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp is baked thru.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley or cilantro over the top and serve with homemade shrimp sauce.
How to Make Shrimp Sauce
- To make shrimp sauce, in a small mixing bowl combine ½ cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Whisk everything together and serve.
