INGREDIENTS

2 slices toast store-bought or sourdough bread ▢1 large avocado ripened ▢2 teaspoon lemon juice ▢sea salt & pepper to taste ▢½ cup baby arugula ▢4 oz salmon smoked ▢3 cherry tomatoes sliced ▢¼ small red onion sliced ▢drizzle olive oil ▢1 teaspoon everything sprinkle seasoning

Step 1

Toast your bread. You can either do this just before adding the toppings, or slightly early and allow it to cool for the perfect crunch.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mash the avocado. Then, add the lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine and do a little taste test. Adjust the seasoning as desired.

Step 3

Spread a generous amount of the avocado mixture onto each slice of toast. Top with a handful of washed and dried greens.

Step 4

Add as much smoked salmon as you want, then add the cherry tomatoes and red onions on top.

Step 5

Drizzle with olive oil and finish with a sprinkling of Everything Sprinkle Seasoning. Enjoy two pieces or share one with someone you love!
