INGREDIENTS

Greek Salad: – 4 Tomatoes sliced – 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped – 1 Large Cucumber diced – 1/2 Red Onion sliced – 30 Kalamata Olives sliced in half – Fresh Parsley chopped – 6 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese Salad Dressing: – 1/4 cup Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon Sugar – 1 clove Garlic minced – 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar – Salt & Black Pepper to taste – 1 small whole lemon squeezed

Step 1

Cut and slice red onion.

Step 2

Cut washed romaine lettuce.

Step 3

Peel and slice a cucumber.

Step 4

Cut those tomatoes.

Step 5

Chop fresh green parsley.

Step 6

Slice olives in half.

Step 7

To make dressing for this salad take a bowl and mix vinegar, olive oil, sugar, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until combined.

Step 8

Pour salad dressing over the salad. Mix.
