- 1/2 3 lb rotisserie chicken store bought, sliced or shredded
- 1 french bread sliced in half horizontally
- 1 large tomato sliced in slices
- green lettuce organic
- 4 sliced cheese sliced
Mayo Spread
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish more if desired
- 1 small lemon squeezed to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Chicken Club Sandwich
Cut french bread horizontally. Spread mayo spread over both sides of the bread. Add lettuce leaves on the bottom side.
Next, add sliced rotisserie chicken (if you want you can mix chicken pieces with mayo spread then add them to the sandwich, 100% optional!). Then add sliced tomatoes and sliced cheese.
If desired, add more lettuce leaves on top, then cover other half of the french bread over the top. Finally, cut into 4 pieces to make 4 chicken club sandwiches. Wrap into parchment paper or plastic food wrap. Enjoy!
