Ingredients

  • 1/2 3 lb rotisserie chicken store bought, sliced or shredded
  • 1 french bread sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 large tomato sliced in slices
  • green lettuce organic
  • 4 sliced cheese sliced

Mayo Spread

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish more if desired
  • 1 small lemon squeezed to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

    Instructions

    How to Make Mayo Spread

    • In a mixing bowl combine all Mayo Spread Ingredients, whisk until combined.

    How to Make Chicken Club Sandwich

    • Cut french bread horizontally. Spread mayo spread over both sides of the bread. Add lettuce leaves on the bottom side.
    • Next, add sliced rotisserie chicken (if you want you can mix chicken pieces with mayo spread then add them to the sandwich, 100% optional!). Then add sliced tomatoes and sliced cheese.
    • If desired, add more lettuce leaves on top, then cover other half of the french bread over the top. Finally, cut into 4 pieces to make 4 chicken club sandwiches. Wrap into parchment paper or plastic food wrap. Enjoy!
