Into a large mixing bowl add chicken thighs, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, garlic salt, olive oil. Mix well and let marinate for at least 2 hours, best over night.
While you wait make the sauce. Into a small mixing bowl add yum yum sauce and sweet chili sauce, mix.
Using a brush, brush bang bang sauce over the grilled chicken. Serve with cherry tomato salad. Enjoy!

Notes
When I'm grilling outside, I usually use metal skewers so that I can reuse them. However, if you decide to use wooden skewers, make sure to soak them first. It's best to set them in water about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
Since you're grilling on high heat, it's important to rotate the skewers so that the chicken cooks evenly and doesn't burn on one side.
If it's too cold outside to grill, don't worry! You can cook this delicious chicken indoors using a griddle skillet. It works just as well!
To ensure that the chicken is cooked to perfection, use a digital thermometer to test its internal temperature. When it reaches 165 degrees F, it's safe to eat.
