Instructions
Into a blender add huckleberries and 2 cup of water, blend until smooth. Strain the puree into a big bowl through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and 2 cups of hot water, stir with a spoon until sugar completely dissolves.
Strain the freshly squeezed lemon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a big bowl with huckleberry mixture. Add sugar syrup and stir well to combine.
Add 3 cups of cold water and stir. Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more water or sugar if needed.
Serve lemonade over ice for a delightful and refreshing drink. Garnish with few huckleberry berries and lemon slices or mint leaves. Enjoy!
