To make the sauce, mix all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
In a bowl combine beef with Montreal steak spice. Mix using gloves, then divide into 4 equal meat balls. After take one meat ball and press it into a tortilla. Add onion and press it down with fingers. Season with salt to taste.
Preheat ½ tablespoon of oil over medium/low heat. Once oil is hot add tortilla meat side down and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until meat is cooked thru. Flip on the other side and add cheese, cook for 1-2 minutes or until tortilla is golden color.
Transfer onto a cutting board, add lettuce, cilantro and the sauce. Fold in half, slice and enjoy!
