Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Melt butter in the large skillet on a medium heat. Add onion, saute it until golden color about 4-5 minutes, stirring few times.
Add flour and whisk it with a wooden spoon, cook for 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown color.
Slowly pour in milk and heavy whipping cream, whisk contentiously for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper, reduce the heat to low.
Slice potato the thinner the better. Using butter grease baking dish. Add ½ of the sliced potato, ½ turkey breast, cheese followed by ½ of the white sauce mixture. Repeat again with the rest of the ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, then remove foil and bake it for another 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
