  • 2 lb Shrimp jumbo
  • 5 cloves garlic minced or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro or parsley for garnish

Shrimp Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoons horseradish or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


How to Roast Shrimp in the Oven

  • First, preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl combine 5 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk everything together. Then add shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Spread shrimp on a baking sheet, try not to over-crowd. Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp is baked thru.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley or cilantro over the top and serve with homemade shrimp sauce.

How to Make Shrimp Sauce

  • To make shrimp sauce, in a small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Whisk everything together and serve.
