  • 12 oz crab sticks sticks, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs cooked for 10 minutes and grated
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo more in desired
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chives finely chopped or any greens of your choice


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix, season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy with crackers or cucumbers.
