Easy Egg Salad Recipe
This easy egg salad recipe is a creative twist on an traditional egg salad. It's so quick it comes together in as much time as it takes to boil some eggs! Super fast, incredibly delicious, and is always the first thing to go when serving a crowd!
- 12 oz crab sticks sticks, finely chopped
- 6 eggs cooked for 10 minutes and grated
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo more in desired
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chives finely chopped or any greens of your choice
