Preheat the oven to 350F & grease the bundt pan with butter.
Using stand mixer beat 6 eggs for about 3 minutes or until double in size. While the mixer is on, slowly add 1 cup of sugar, whisk on high for another 5 minutes, pour in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisk to combine.
Now, sift 1 cup of flour into the batter and fold the flour using spatula, be careful not to over mix.
Pour the batter into the bundt pan, and bake for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake, let the bundt cake cool.
How to make Candied Walnuts:
In the skillet add 1 cup of chopped walnuts, ¼ cup organic sugar & 1 tablespoon butter. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring non stop. Spread candied walnuts on a parchment paper to cool.
How to make Bundt Cake Cream:
Using stand mixer beat 8 oz. of cream cheese until fluffy texture, about few minutes. Into the same bowl goes 1 can of Dulce de Leche, 1 cup Hazelnut Spread. Whisk on high speed to combine.
How to assemble Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe:
Cut the bundt cake horizanally into 3 pieces, spread the cream over the first layer cover with a cake layer and spread the cream again. Sprinkle half of candied walnuts over the cream, cover with the last cake layer and add the rest of the cream. Garnish with candied walnuts and melted peanut butter chips. Enjoy!
