Candied Walnuts Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe

Of coarse, my family loves everything with peanut butter chips, so the drizzle of the peanut butter on this vanilla bundt cake is a pure joy!!

It gives it an EXTRA yummy licking KICK!

How to make Easy Vanilla Bundt Cake:

Preheat the oven to 350F & grease the bundt pan with butter.

A bowl of cake batter. A bundt pan with a cake batter. A cake inside the bundt cake. A bundt cake on a white circle plate.

Using stand mixer beat eggs for about 3 minutes or until double in size. While the mixer is on, slowly add sugar, whisk on high for another 5 minutes, pour in vanilla extract, whisk to combine.

Now, sift flour into the batter and fold the flour using spatula, be careful not to over mix.

Pour the batter into the bundt pan, and bake for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake, let the bundt cake cool.

Sugar, walnuts and butter inside the skillet. Candid walnuts in the skillet. Candid walnuts on a bundt cake with cake cream.

How to make Candied Walnuts for Best Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe:

In the skillet add chopped walnuts, sugar & butter. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring non stop. Spread candied walnuts on a parchment paper to cool.

How to make Vanilla Bundt Cake Cream:

Using stand mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy texture, about few minutes.

Into the same bowl goes Dulce de Leche and Hazelnut Spread. Whisk on high speed to combine.

How to assemble Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe:

Cut the bundt cake horizanally into 3 pieces, spread the cream over the first layer cover with a cake layer and spread the cream again.

Sprinkle half of candied walnuts over the cream, cover with the last cake layer and add the rest of the cream.

Garnish with candied walnuts and melted peanut butter chips. Enjoy!

  • 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 14 oz. Dulce de Luche
  • 1 cup Hazelnut Spread

Candied Walnuts:

  • 1 cup walnuts roasted & chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Now, sift 1 cup of flour into the batter and fold the flour using spatula, be careful not to over mix.
