Preheat the oven to 350F and line baking sheet 13" by 18" with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl combine eggs and sugar, whisk until combined. Next add buttermilk and melted butter, whisk until combined.
In a different bowl add flour and baking powder, whisk to combine.
Add flour to batter whisk it up until there are no lumps.
Spread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet, evenly spread farmers cheese over the top and add blueberries. Sprinkle crumble topping over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden color.
Dust powdered sugar over the top and enjoy!
