Instructions
Add pineapple chunks, mango, banana, spinach, water and a scoop of Collagen into blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie has a smooth texture. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with flax seed and enjoy!
Notes
Switch it up with hemp hearts
instead of flax seeds for a different flavor and texture.
Try different leafy greens.
Kale is a great alternative to spinach if you want to mix it up.
Customize the fruit.
Love mango? Use more! Prefer pineapple or banana? Go ahead—mix and match to your taste.
Adjust smoothie thickness.
For a thinner smoothie, use water and thaw frozen fruit first; frozen fruit makes it thicker and creamier.
