- Kids love having this glowing green smoothie in a Popsicle form, what I like to do is double this smoothie recipe and freeze the leftovers in a popsicle forms.
- Feel free to use any milk of your choice instead of water. Coconut water is another great option in this green smoothie.
- Try adding other greens like kale with spinach for more vitamins & flavor.
How to make Green Smoothie?
To make green smoothie, first prepare all of the ingredients or at least take them out of the freezer or fridge.
Add pineapple chunks, mango, banana, spinach, water and a scoop of Truvani Collagen into blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie has a smooth texture. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh baby spinach packed
- 1/2 cup water or milk of your choice
- 1 scoop Truvani Collagen (this is my favorite collagen)
- flax seeds
Instructions
- Add pineapple chunks, mango, banana, spinach, water and a scoop of Truvani Collagen into blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie has a smooth texture.
- Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with flax seed and enjoy!
