  • Good Blender


  • 1 large lemon washed and seeded, peel on
  • 1 cup honey raw unfiltered
  • 3-5 tablespoons ginger peeled and grated,


  • Using a very good blender, blend together 1 large lemon with peel, seeds removed, 1 cup of raw honey & 3 tablespoons of grated ginger.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour honey ginger syrup into a glass jar and use 1/2 -1 teaspoon a day with water during fall/winter/spring.
  • Cover & store in refrigerator. Enjoy!


  • When making this Natural Immune Booster I like to use organic ginger with lemon and raw unfiltered honey
  • I like to take 1 teaspoon a day in the morning with a glass of water before eating food. 
  • You can also use this mixture to make ginger honey tea.
