The Best Honey Garlic Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner (Ready in 30 Minutes!)
This Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Salmon is the ultimate easy weeknight dinner. Tender, flaky salmon is brushed with a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, then roasted alongside crispy potatoes and colorful vegetables. Everything cooks on one pan in under 30 minutes for a healthy, flavor-packed meal the whole family will love.
Prep Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
Prepare Veggies: On a baking sheet, toss broccoli, bell peppers, and cubed potatoes with 2 tablespoon avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the sheet pan.
Prepare Salmon: Place salmon fillets on the sheet pan, leaving space between each fillet.
Make Honey Garlic Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Divide the sauce. Brush half of the glaze over salmon fillets and veggies

Notes
