🍞 Why Sourdough & Seasonal Cooking?
There’s something deeply comforting about a loaf of freshly baked sourdough cooling on the counter, or the scent of cinnamon apples roses wafting from the oven in October. I believe food should reflect the rhythm of the year—crisp salads in spring, tomato-rich dishes in summer, slow roasts and crusty no knead bread in fall and winter.
And sourdough? It’s my favorite way to connect with real food and slow down. It reminds me to be patient, pay attention, and nourish my family with ingredients that are simple, honest, and alive.
👨👩👧👦 Who I Cook For

At the heart of it all, I cook first and foremost for my family and the people I love. I cook for busy families, home bakers, and anyone longing to bring a little more homemade magic into everyday life.
Whether you're using up your sourdough discard, planning a cozy Sunday dinner, or prepping for a holiday meal, I want this space to feel like sitting at a friend’s kitchen table—warm, welcoming, and full of good food.
Why Nutrition Matters
A few years ago, I took a big step in my journey and enrolled in nutrition school. Learning how food truly impacts our health was a game-changer for me and my family. Today, I’m proud to serve as a Functional Nutrition Coach, helping others understand the connection between food, wellness, and energy.
On the blog, I share what I’ve learned—from gut-friendly meals and whole-food recipes to time-saving tips for real-life wellness. I believe nourishing your body should be both simple and delicious!
