    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 16 oz refried beans
    • ½ cup roasted Hatch Chiles about 3 Chile peppers, seeds removed & diced
    • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
    • 15.5 oz Salsa Con Queso
    • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
    • Salt and pepper – to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Cook the beef: In a medium pot or large skillet, cook ground beef with taco seasoning over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Add the beans: Stir in the refried beans until smooth and fully combined with the beef.
    • Mix in tomatoes and chiles: Add diced tomatoes and roasted Hatch chiles. Stir to combine and heat through.
