As soon as Albertsons on Broadway asked me to create a recipe using the roasted hatch green chiles, I knew exactly what Chile recipe I wanted to make, and it's a Crowd's Pleasing Cheese Dip Recipe. My family's favorite cheese dip!

Ingredients YOU will need to make Hatch Green Chile Cheese Dip Recipe:
- 1lb ground beef
- 16oz refried beans
- ½ cup roasted Hatch Chiles, about 3 Chile peppers, seeds removed & diced
- 14.5oz diced tomatoes
- 15.5oz Salsa Con Queso
- 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- cilantro, fresh diced tomatoes, for garnish 100% optional

How to make an Easy Cheese Dip Recipe:
- Using a medium size pot, add 1lb ground beef, season with 2 tablespoons of Taco seasoning. Now, cook on a medium heat until, meat is cooked thru about 10 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add 16oz. refried beans, cook on medium heat & stir until cooperated with the meat.
3. Stir in 14.5oz. diced tomatoes and ½ cup of Hatch Green Chiles, after everything is combined add 15.5 Salsa Con Queso cheese dip.
4. Bring the queso dip to a boil , remove from the heat. Garnish with fresh diced tomatoes, diced hatch Chile peppers and cilantro, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
