How to Cook Chicken Thighs in the Oven:
First, preheat the oven to 425F. Then, line baking pan with foil, covering the walls of the pan as well.
Now, in a mixing bowl combine brown sugar and Italian dressing mix.

Coat chicken thighs in mixture and place it in the baking pan. Using leftover mixture, spread it over the top of the chicken thighs.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken thighs are cooked thru and no longer pink inside. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with crowd's favorite Easy Greek Salad, Instant Pot Mashed Potato or Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes.
How to store leftovers?
If you have leftover chicken, store it in airtight glass container inside the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in the skillet over low heat.

This recipe was a HUGE hit with my family! Both our girls wanted seconds, I made 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs with roasted potatoes and roasted carrots. My husband loved it!
