Here is a super easy dinner recipe I will recommend everyone to try.  These Oven Baked Chicken Wings taste so amazing when marinated in ketchup, mayo and garlic.   I had no idea that you can marinate chicken in ketchup until I tried this chicken recipe.  Caramelized and juicy chicken wings with delicious yummy flavor.   If you like my husband who likes spicy food you can simply add Sriracha Sauce when marinating chicken.  They taste super good both ways!  Serve them with green onion, white rice and yummy sauce.  I hope you will give this easy chicken recipe a try. Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Place washed chicken wings in a big bowl.  Add ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper and garlic then give it a mix.  Cover with a lid and marinate it for 12 hours or over the night.

After marinating for 12 hours place those chicken wings on a baking dish, sprinkle them with fresh or dry dill and bake them at 350-400F for 40 minutes or until they are cooked thru.

Garnish with green onion.  Serve hot with rice, macaroni, couscous or mashed potato.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1-2lb chicken wings (I used baby chicken wings)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-5 cloves galic (minced)
  • greens to garnish (dill, parsley)

Directions

Step 1
Place washed chicken wings in a big bowl. Add ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper and garlic then give it a mix. Cover with a lid and marinate it for 12 hours or over the night.
