Delicious Tuna Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe - Munchkin TimeIngredients YOU will need to make Tuna Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe:

  • 10 oz. pasta
  • 10 oz. albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach (cut into small pieces, if desired)
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of pasta water

Step One

Cook pasta by following the instructions on the box. Before draining pasta reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.

Place pasta into a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients plus ¼ cup pasta water. Mix using 2 forks, serve warm or cold. This pasta salad will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
