Delicious Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe - it is wholesome & fresh exactly what I was craving lately. No, I am not pregnant! After all of these holidays all what I am craving lately is something soar and healthy. This pasta recipe is it! The artichoke gives this nice taste that I absolutely love and juicy tomatoes just explode in your mouth. I promise this pasta salad will have your mouth watering!

Ingredients YOU will need to make Tuna Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe:
- 10 oz. pasta
- 10 oz. albacore tuna in water, drained
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach (cut into small pieces, if desired)
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup of pasta water
How to make Pasta Salad:
Step One
Cook pasta by following the instructions on the box. Before draining pasta reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
Step Two
Place pasta into a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients plus ¼ cup pasta water. Mix using 2 forks, serve warm or cold. This pasta salad will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
