Why This Recipe is Perfect for You

This easy chicken noodle soup recipe is packed with wholesome ingredients and can be prepared in under an hour! It's not only comforting but also nutritious, making it ideal for feeding your family or guests.

Plus, with the inclusion of homemade chicken broth and fresh vegetables, you can be sure you’re serving a dish that’s both flavorful and satisfying.

    Ingredients YOU Will Need

When it comes to creating a comforting chicken soup, the choice of ingredients plays a vital role in developing depth of flavor and nutrition. Let’s take a look at each component that makes this soup so special.

    • Starting with a fat base of butter or oil, this foundation allows aromatic vegetables to meld beautifully. Onions are essential, releasing sweetness that enriches every bite. Garlic adds a pungent aroma and depth, while also providing health benefits.
    • Carrots contribute natural sweetness and vibrant color, adding a satisfying crunch and essential vitamins. Celery enhances the flavor with a refreshing crunch and savory notes, making it a nutritious addition.
    • Using homemade chicken bone broth elevates the soup’s richness and ties all the flavors together. Cooked chicken adds protein, offering the essence of comfort food—leftovers or rotisserie chicken work well.
    • Seasoning with a blend like Bragg's 24 Herbs & Spices amplifies the flavors, while egg pasta provides heartiness and pleasing texture. A sprinkle of parsley at the end adds freshness and color.
    • Don’t forget salt and pepper to adjust the taste. Together, these ingredients create a nourishing chicken soup that warm the soul and comforts even on the coldest days. Enjoy the warmth of homemade goodness!
