Here is a super easy lamb chops in oven recipe, that you can make in just under 45 minutes. Delicious lamb chops glazed in Dijon mustard and topped with fresh herb bread crumbs, it is full of amazing flavor and texture.

Ingredients YOU will Need to Make Lamb Chops in Oven:
- 1 lamb rack with 8 bones
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grape-seed oil, plus more for frying
- 2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
Ingredients YOU will Need to Make Red Wine Sauce for Lamb Chops (100% OPTIONAL):
- ½ cup dry red wine
- ½ tablespoon raw honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Anise star
- ½ cup bread

How to Make Red Wine Sauce for Lamb Chops:
- Using a sauce pan bring to a boil ½ cup dry red wine, ½ tablespoon raw honey, 1 cinnamon stickand 1 Anise star. Let it cool. Strain.
- Meanwhile, take ½ cup of bread and fry it in the skillet until crispy texture. Blend wine and bread together, until smooth texture. Your red wine sauce is ready!
How to Cook Lamb Chomps in Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper. Add a splash of oil into the cast iron skillet and bring it to a medium/high heat. Add lamb chops and brown them for about 3 minutes on each side. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- While lamb chops are baking, in a mixing bowl combine ¾ cup bread crumbs, ¼ cup oil, 2 teaspoon fresh thyme, 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, and 1 garlic clove, mix until combined.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard over the lamb chops and add bread crumb mixture on top, broil on high until golden color, about 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
