What is Napa cabbage?
Munchkin Time
Hi Brianna! Napa cabbage, also known as Chinese cabbage, is a type of cabbage with long, pale green leaves that are crinkled near the base. It has a milder and sweeter flavor compared to traditional cabbage. Napa cabbage is commonly used in Asian cuisines, especially in dishes like kimchi, stir-fries, and soups. It's also a popular choice for making coleslaw or adding a crunchy texture to salads. Napa cabbage is a versatile and nutritious vegetable that can be enjoyed raw or cooked in various recipes.
