That is why today, I am excited to share this Shrimp Lettuce Wraps Recipe.
Made of 7 delicious and healthy ingredients like Napa cabbage, tomato, avocado, parsley, pine nuts, freshly squeezed lemon juice and cooked shrimp.
These lettuce wraps taste so crunchy and refreshing perfect for lunch or dinner.

To make Shrimp Lettuce Wraps you will need:
- 7oz wild frozen shrimp raw or cooked (about 1 cup)
- 1 Medium avocado (ripe, cubed)
- 3-4 leaves Napa cabbage
- 1 Medium tomato (cubed)
- parsley (chopped)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1/2 Large squeezed lemon juice
To cook raw shrimp:
Place frozen raw shrimp into boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Frozen cooked shrimp:
Rinsed shrimp under cool water until thawed, or simple place it in the bowl of cold water until thawed.
Cube washed tomato and avocado. Chop parsley set aside.
Wash Napa cabbage and dry it with paper towel. Place tomato and avocado on each cabbage leaf, then add cooked shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
To make dressing:
In a blender, blend pine nuts, add mayo and lemon juice and blend again.
Drizzle dressing over Napa cabbage wrap and garnish with chopped parsley. Squeeze extra lemon juice and enjoy!
