Quick Notes

  • Use 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder & 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder for an EXTRA yummy flavor, or to change things up.
  • Use your favorite protein powder to make this chocolate protein shake recipe, I personally love Truvani Protein Powders!
  • Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup of ice to this protein shake, if you like cold drinks.  I can’t drink cold drinks do to the teeth sensitivity.

To make a protein shake, using a blender combine 1/2 banana, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of Truvani Chocolate Protein Powder, 3 teaspoons of maple syrup & pinch of salt.
