(I wish I had left overs to munch on while posting this:D)

8 ounces sliced Provolone cheese
1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2-3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp corn meal
1 tsp olive oil
ground basil, to taste
Preheat the oven to 475F.
Grease the surface of the cast iron with an olive oil. (if you have kids let them help you with this)
Sprinkle the bottom with a corn meal.
Stretch and shape your dough and add your favorite sauce.
Add your cheeses, and bake it in the oven for 12-15 min or until it is ready. Couple minutes before it gets done add more cheese (if you like) then tomatoes and basil. Then back to the oven for 2 more min.
